Plano Property Management has been the leader of leasing and property management companies for the past thirteen years. This small family owned company has been managed by John Schuller and his wife, Keri, since 1986. Since then, PPM has been serving the greater Plano area, providing quality service at competitive rates. As the company grew, PPM became incorporated as Schuller Properties, Inc in 1997.

10 percent management fees(negotiable with multiple property)

If we don't have a home that you want to lease, we'll find one for you - at no cost  to you!

John Schuller is the president of  Schuller Properties, Inc. John and his wife, Keri, have three children in elementary school. John enjoys coaching soccer and Keri sings in the church choir. They attend Prestonwood Baptist Church and enjoy camping and skiing in Colorado.

Ethan Reed became part of Schuller Properties almost two years ago, initially doing property management. Since then, Ethan has become the Sales Specialist, focussing on providing all our clients with the very best in professional sales consultation and assistance.
